| Contacting an Administrator |

If you have a question or issue about using the forum, you can contact a forum administrator or a moderator for help. There are several ways to do that; each is described below.

| • Use the Help forum |
If you can log into the forum, check the topics in the Craterz.com Support and Information (a.k.a., "Help") forum to see if anyone else has had the same problem. The help you need may already be there. If a solution to your problem does not appear, do one of the following:

If your problem "fits into" one of the existing topics on this forum, click the New reply icon (shown below) on any of the pages where the topic messages appear, and post a reply message that describes your problem. Members who have signed up for topic message notifications for this topic will be notified of your message right away; therefore, you will be more likely to receive timely answers if you post your message this way.
(note that the actual graphics for buttons may change, but the text is the same)

If your problem does not "fit into" any of the existing topics on this forum, click the New topic icon (shown below) on any of the pages in this forum and post a new topic message that describes your problem. Members who monitor new topics in this forum are more likely to see your message and reply to it than if you "bury" it as a reply to an unrelated topic.

 Tips:
Make sure that the subject line and description of your message clearly communicate your problem. In this way, members who are familiar with the problem and its solutions are more likely to respond. People respond less frequently to messages with vague subject lines, such as "Help!"
We recommend this contact method if you have a question about how to do something in the forum or if you need help with browser settings and other "non-forum" issues that forum administrators and moderators do not support.

| • Send a Private Message (PM) to an Administrator or Moderator |
If you can log into the forum, click on the PM icon (shown below) inside the message block of any message posted by a member that has Main Administrator, Administrator, or Moderator listed under his or her username (this is not totally accurate, please use the next two methods to identify Administrators of this board).
You can also identify an Administrator in the Who is Online box by the color a username is displayed in (refer to key located at bottom of Who is Online box).
As well as, you can view the Usergroups page, select the Administrators in the drop-down list located to the right of Non-member groups. This will give you a list of the current Administrators on this board.
Tip: The easiest way to find a message from one of these members is to click on any Announcement topic within the forum. You will see messages posted from site administrators and moderators. Their PM icon appears within their message blocks.

| • Use the general forum e-mail address |
If you are not able to log in to the forum, or if you prefer, send an e-mail message to Admin [at] Craterz.com (replace [at] with @) .
 Note: Please use this as a last resort, the forms of contact described above are the preferred methods. The general forum e-mail address may not be checked very frequently, so please be patient when using this method.
